We pride ourselves on a fast, efficient delivery service to our valued customers and endeavour to have standard stock orders processed and dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of order.
Personalised orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days – if you require an order sooner we recommend contacting us before placing your order so that we an advise on whether this is possible.
UK MAINLAND & NORTHERN IRELAND
Standard Orders under £50 are shipped via Royal Mail ‘48 hr’ service (please allow up to 7 working days for delivery from the date your order is received – which is the working day after your order is placed) & no signature is required.
Standard Orders over £50 are FREE. These are also shipped via Royal Mail ’48 hr’ service (please allow up to 7 working days for delivery from the date your order is received – which is the day after your order is placed) & no signature is required.
Parcels can be left with a neighbour or in a safe place if specifically instructed on the order but please note that by selecting this option you take responsibility for the parcel should it go missing following delivery.
We do offer an express service however please contact us on 01752 514754 for further information as this service is currently not available on our website.

WE ARE DISPATCHING NORMALLY HOWEVER COVID-19 IS CAUSING BOTH SUPPLY, PRODUCTION AND COURIER ISSUES SO PLEASE BEAR WITH US.
IMATTINATION trusts that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 14 days of your receipt of goods, provided you can show proof of purchase, the products are in their original, unopened and unused condition.
When initiating a return please contact us with your NAME and ORDER NUMBER – you will be provided with a Returns Number allowing us to process your return internally quickly and swiftly.
PERSONALISED items cannot be exchanged or returned – unless they are deemed to be faulty or there is a fault with the personalisation and it can be proven that this was not caused by yourself on ordering.
CANCELLATION if you would like to cancel your order before dispatch please contact us as soon as you possibly can. We reserve the right to make a charge for any production work carried out on personalised items before your cancellation is received.
REFUNDS please allow us 48 working hours to make contact regarding your refund. Different payment providers require different systems to be followed, when processing your refund we must adhere to these in order for your refund to be processed. Please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be completed.
Imattination cannot be held responsible for refund delays caused by Payment Providers delays. We will initiate your refund within our return period as above – however your refund is subject to the payment provider actioning our instruction.
EXCHANGES – please note items returned to us for Exchange or replacement may take up to 10 working days from your return arriving with us for your replacement to be sent. This allows us time to investigate any issues and ensure the correct stock requirement is in place in our warehouse. We will endeavour to dispatch sooner than this however this is not always possible due to manufacturing timescales and machine availability. Please note this process and timescale only starts from the day after your item arrives with our Goods In Team and is cleared in our warehouse with the relevant team.
If you exercise your right of cancellation/return after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to the Supplier at your own cost (unless we delivered the goods in error or if the goods are damaged or defective when delivered). The goods must be returned to the address shown below.
You must take all reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
Once you have notified the Supplier that you are cancelling the contract, and provided the goods have been received in an acceptable condition, the Supplier will refund or credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card or other account for the goods.
